BALEARIC ISLANDS - €8.50

CANARY ISLANDS - €12

PORTUGAL - €6.99

Orders are usually delivered within 48h.

REST OF EUROPE - Please see shipping fees in check out. Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

RETURNS

Products sent to Spain, Portugal and the rest of Europe may be returned within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after receipt.

The amount of the items returned will be delivered as a voucher without expiration that can be exchanged for any other product or products on our website. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please indicate this in your return email and we will process it accordingly.

We will issue the voucher or refund once we receive the product back, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED. IT MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS RECEIVED.

Please include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel — without this information we will not be able to identify your return and process it accordingly.

Bidi Baby reserves the right not to issue a refund or voucher if the above conditions are not met.

You will receive your voucher or refund within a maximum of 15 business days of us receiving the returned item.
