Shipping and returns policy

SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders over €120 to Spain, Portugal, the rest of Europe and the United Kingdom, and on orders over €150 to the United States and Canada.

Delivery times start from the moment your order is prepared and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Customs and taxes. Orders shipped outside the European Union — including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla — may be subject to duties, taxes and customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These amounts are not included in the order price and are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

RETURNS

Return period. You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it, with no need to give a reason. This applies to all destinations worldwide.

How to start a return. Email us at hello@bidibaby.es with your name and order number. We will confirm the next steps.

How we refund you. We will refund the price of the items and the cost of standard outbound shipping, to the same payment method you used, within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product.

If you prefer, you can choose a voucher with no expiry date, redeemable against any product on our website. Just let us know when you request the return.

Return shipping costs. The cost of returning the product to us is the customer's responsibility.

Condition of the product. Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition. Please send them back in their original packaging where possible. You may handle the product as needed to check its nature and characteristics, but if it shows wear beyond that, we may deduct the corresponding loss of value from your refund.

Please include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel — without it, identifying your return becomes difficult.

Personalised products. Items personalised or embroidered with a name or text chosen by the customer are made to order and are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Faulty products. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, email us at hello@bidibaby.es within 30 days of receipt and we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Returns from outside the European Union. If you are returning a product from outside the EU, please state clearly on the customs documentation that it is a returned item. Any duties or handling fees caused by an incorrect declaration are the customer's responsibility.
